How can I be sure to receive the right size?

It is important that you measure yourself properly before buying a bra. CHANGE Lingerie is in European Storlekar and may be a little different from other Storlekar so please review our BH-Guide and find out which bra or brief size you wear. Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship within Canada only.

 

Can I return or exchange products?

Can I order gift wrapping?

No, unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping service.

 

Is it safe to buy products from CHANGE Lingerie?

Yes. When buying products from our webshop you are buying from Scandinavia's largest provider of lingerie. CHANGE has been operating in Canada for almost 10 years, and we offer our 21 day money back guarantee on webshop orders.

 

Which credit cards can I use?

We accept VISA and Mastercard.

 

Do you charge me right away when placing an order?

No. We only charge you when your order has shipped.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

We process your order within 3 business days. Time in transit will depend on your address. All orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Montreal. There are no duties or exchange rates to be concerned with! Under normal conditions you should receive your order within 10 business days.

 

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at canada.info@change.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we can change it. If your order has already been shipped you can return it to us.

 

Something is missing in my order.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at canada.info@change.com.

 

If something is defective.

If you find that something is wrong with a product please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail with a precise description of the defective product. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. We may also ask you to enclose a photo. Your claim will be processed within 3 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is our commitment to you. Should our merchandise not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on unworn, full price merchandise. For a full refund, price tickets must remain attached to the merchandise and the original sales kvitto must be presented within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as indicated on the original sales kvitto. Due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of some of our merchandise such as underwear, bodysuits, hosiery and Badkläder, it is not possible for us to offer an exchange or refund for this merchandise. All sale items are final sale.

Refunds on merchandise purchased with the CHANGE Gift Card will be issued in dollar value on your Gift Card. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
