Exchanges

 

  • If you wish, it is possible to exchange any product that you have bought online within 30 days after you have received or picked up your products. Just make sure that the products you want to return are unused and still have the original barcode tags. You should also make sure that you have included the original packaging (boxes, plastic etc.)

  • Due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of some of our merchandise such as underwear, bodysuits, hosiery and swimwear, it is not possible for us to offer an exchange or refund for this merchandise. All sale items are final sale. 

  • You are always welcome to exchange any of the products in our local stores within the country where you made the purchase. Just visit your local store to do so [Find Store].

  • You can easily exchange a product that you have bought online to another available one in our stores. Of course this also applies to products you have bought during promotion campaigns, including bundled purchases (i.e. 3 for 2). Naturally, you only need to bring the products you want to exchange with you to our store.

  • If your new choice is cheaper than the exchanged product, you will be paid back the difference through cash/credit card or gift card.

  • If the price of the new product is higher than the exchanged, you have to pay the difference in store.

  • You should be aware in case of a bundled purchase (i.e. 3 for 2) that:

  • The difference in price is based on the promotional product price (after average discount), which you find on your order confirmation or receipt. 

  • When exchanging a product that is part of a bundled purchase (i.e. 3 for 2) it is only possible to get the difference in price refunded through gift card in case of the new product being cheaper than the exchanged.




Returns

 

  • If you wish, you can return any product that you have bought online within 30 days after you have received or picked up your products, as long as they still have the original barcodes and hangtags. Just makes sure that the products are returned in their original packaging (boxes, plastic etc.)

  • Due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of some of our merchandise such as underwear, bodysuits, hosiery and swimwear, it is not possible for us to offer an exchange or refund for this merchandise. All sale items are final sale.

  •  We will refund all your returns with the price paid when you made the purchase.

  • In case of a bundled purchase (i.e. 3 for 2) we will refund you the promotional product price (after average discount), which is the price that you paid for the product and you will find on your order confirmation or receipt. 

  • The return of the products and the costs related to this are your responsibility. That is why we recommend that you use track and trace shipments or make sure that you have other proof of postage. This will be your guarantee that your parcel will make it to our warehouse.

  • If you return the products to your local store, you will receive the refund right away.

  • When you return the products through post or courier, we will make sure that you have your refund within 30 days and you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the refund.

 

Please note: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the goods are defective or Change Liugerie  is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail. Please contact our customer service at 1-844-977-3277 for more information.
