How can I be sure to receive the right size?
It is important that you measure yourself properly before buying a bra. The sizes of Change bras are European sizes and may be a little different from other sizes so please check out our bra guide and find out which bra or brief size you use.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries. So if you live in North/South America, Asia, Australia, Europe and Africa, feel free to shop at change.com.
Can I return or exchange products?
You can only return products. We cannot exchange a product to another. However, you can always return products within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Can I order gift wrap?
Yes you can. The price is 3 euro. Please remember to tic the gift wrap box when placing your order.
Is it safe to buy products from CHANGE?
Yes. When buying products from our webshop you are buying from Scandinavia's largest provider of lingerie and with 14 days money back guarantee.
Which credit cards can I use?
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and JCB.
Do you charge me right away when placing an order?
No. We only charge you when your order has been shipped.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We process your order within 2-3 days. Under normal conditions you should be able to receive your order within 5-10 working days.
Can I change my order
If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as fast as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped we can change it. If your order has already been shipped you should return it to us.
Something is missing in my order

If something is wrong about the product
If you find that something is wrong with your product please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail with a precise description of the defect product. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and we may also ask you to enclose a photo. We will then assess the product and refund your money if the claim can be meet.
Can I regret my order?
Yes. We always offer 14 days money back guarantee. Please return the products to the following address with an enclosed copy of the invoice.
